Located in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs, Barrow House is a comprehensive restoration of a character home. Working in collaboration with Architects Ink, the project is focused on delivering a residence that balances contemporary minimalism with the home’s original structural integrity.

Forde Projects is managing the technical delivery of the build, with a rigorous focus on high-end materiality and bespoke finishes. The design features a disciplined mix of materials, including burnished concrete flooring, NAVURBAN™ Classic American Oak joinery, and CDK Stone surfaces.

The project is defined by a high standard of craftsmanship, integrating Artedomus tiles, Miele appliances and stainless steel accents. Our hands-on approach ensures these premium selections are executed with the technical precision required for a high-performance residential environment.

Barrow House is in the final stages of completion, scheduled for May 2026. The project is being prepared as a flagship entry for the 2026 Master Builders Awards, representing our benchmark for excellence in the residential sector.
